Categorizing Transactions
We review all your business transactions and correctly organize business expenses, bank transactions, money earned, etc.
Reconciling Accounts
We review your daily transactions and confirm the accounts in the general ledger are consistent and align with the provided financial statements from your bank or credit card.
Produce Financial Statements
We produce a Profit & Loss (Income Statement), Cash Flow, & Balance Sheet. These give you the needed snapshot of your company’s financial position.
Full Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management
Simply put, accounts receivable is the money owed to you and accounts payable is the money you owe. We will manage these two services making sure you receive all the money owed to you as well as paying the necessary people on your behalf.
Marketing Needs
We will work with you to help grow and engage your business on social media platforms and provide adequate content to potential customers.
Pricing
The starting rate is $300/month.
In order to provide a proper monthly rate, I will need to review your bank statements and/or credit card statements.
After our initial discussion, a rate will be provided to you.
I like to keep it simple. For this reason, I only use Quickbooks Online as my main source to maintain your bookkeeping needs.
I do this so I can maintain an expert knowledge of Quickbooks and in turn provide exceptional service to our clients.
